Sally Edwards literally wrote the book on training with a heart monitor. The 16 time Iron Man finisher and record holder in numerous endurance sports knows the power and importance of training with the right training tools.

She is also the founder of the Indoor Cycling Association and one of the most popular master instructors in the Indoor Cycling (IC) industry.
