The Road MapTM
We call our Indoor Cycling program The Road MapTM for one simple reason; this is a journey. This approach looks at the rider, instructor and facility through the windshield of a long awaited road trip. Each needs a safe way to on-ramp into the program, navigate through the different challenges, and finally arrive at a place never before reached with the previous program.
This approach has been created to provide incentives to pull in riders who belong to the “Did that once, and will never to it again” Club on one side, and those who belong to the “That’s not real cycling” Club on the other side. Appealing to these two completely disparate groups has never worked with the “Everyone can workout together by just using the red knob” approach, yet this approach still persists in most fitness facilities. Together riders and instructors each move through a progressive system of building fitness and learning to teach with purpose and accomplishment at each level. Goals are achieved, and new objectives set - all leading to a long term process that keeps riders, instructors and facilities completely and consistently engaged.

If You Don't Do It Outside...

Don't Mix Riding Levels

We’ve heard everything from it being a “traumatic experience” to “my butt was sore for 2 weeks”. Your members deserve better. All easily avoided with The Road MapTM. Our 30-minute Foundation classes are designed to both attract and keep new riders as long as they are getting what they want and need while having fun.

Digital Classes Are Good Service

Virtual Cycling Is Fun & Great Training

This may be the most under utilized training tool in the industry to date, but The Road MapTM provides just the right mix of both traditional instructor led classes as well a great mix of digital classes and virtual rides. The Road Map™ provides this variety, challenge and freshness for members and instructors alike.

Measure It, Improve It

Workshops Are Vital To Growth

Investing time and money into ones training will broaden the experience for both the students and the instructors. Unless we continue to grow in our sport or discipline, we will stagnate and it will become old and stale. The Road MapTM emphasizes the importance of Workshops to keep us engaged, educated and enthusiastic.
