While our founder and many fans have counted themselves a part of the competitive and racing communities, let's make no mistake about this... we were founded and continue to focus on the recreational rider from the "deconditioned" to the determinmed to ride more and better on two wheels.
Whether you are taking one of our many educational workshops on-line, or just training for your first MS150 or Century ride, we can give you everything you need to get to the fitness level you need. Winter Training is our recommended "first step". Yes, it's a 12 week committment to "TRAIN" and not just "excercise", but how else do you make real, tangible unmistakeable progress. Yes it's true, we believe the best training season is in the Winter. You have less "distractions" and competing interests and most riders that live in climates where it's either too cold or too hot to ride outside, welcome the ability to move forward and make real progress inside.
Nevertheless, it does not have to start in January - our month of traditional push and punch for the program. You can start our method of training - with both a heart monitor and/ OR a power meter at any time of the year - it's more a matter of when you are truly motivated than what month of the year it is.
