More Than You Think
We start with solid education on the science of training and specific aspects of cycling. Next is bike time that puts what you've learned into practice (starting at 1hr, and ending at 2hrs by wk 12).
After some snacks for needed refueling, we finish up with an 1 hour of Yoga & Pilates, specifically geared for cyclists. This is Winter Training like you have never experienced.

Don't Take Our Word
While it would not be surprising to see the beginner or intermediate cyclist have remarkable improvements in ability and comfort on the bike after a 12 week course like Winter Training, what you may find more surprising is the improvements and results gained by even our most fit and competitive athletes who trained right along side those shooting for their first charity ride.

Winter Training - The New Training Season

The Winter Training Program is based on proven periodization, Heart Zones® cardiac development, Stage5 training techniques and proven power training principles to insure maximum success. While it would not be surprising to see a less experienced cyclist have remarkable improvements in ability and comfort on the bike after a multi week course like Winter Training, the improvements and results gained by even our most fit and competitive athletes were equally amazing. Our VO2 and power improvments were found across the board!
