Note that each preview below references all three components of Winter Training; the Lecture, the Ride and the Cross Training.  The beginning of each preview also will state who the leaders of that week's lecture, ride and cross training session is.  If the guest lecturer is not identified, it is either led by Tom Scotto or Gene Nacey or both.

Week 1: 1 hr lecture, 1 hr ride, 1 hr strength training 
Week 2: 1 hr lecture, 1 hr ride, 1 hr yoga for cyclists 
Week 3: 1 hr lecture, 1 hr ride, 1 hr posture alignment 
Week 4: 1 hr nutrition lecture, 1:20 ride, 1 hr yoga 
Week 5: 1 hr lecture, 1:20 ride, 1 hr yoga
