  2. Rides start at 60 minutes and increase by 20 minutes every 3 weeks until the final three weeks where we ride for 2 hrs

  3. Optional 1 hour of cross training (Yoga, Pilates, Strength, etc)

  4. For the first time ever, all videos are on hard drive available for a one time purchase with unlimited use.
